login page with attempts protection

is it possible.. to bruteforce login pages with attempts protection like gmail , facebook , insta .....
if its not possible ..can we change the session and the ip so we try again bypassing the protection ..
what are the tools that do that .. ik hydra have tasks but idk if it means sessions
any tools? or tutorials?
